Manufacturer Model Name = The name of the Engine or Vehicle that will be produced under the certified Engine Family. Commercial Model Name = The advertised trade name or the commercial model name of the Engine or Vehicle. Engine Manufacturer Name = Full Legal Name of the Engine OEM. Engine Manufacturer Country = Country where the Engines were assembled. Vehicle Manufacturer Name = Full Legal Name of the Vehicle OEM. Vehicle Manufacturer Country = Country where the Vehicles were assembled. Application Type = The type of Application being submitted: NEW = New; CO = Carry-Over; RC = Running Change; FF = Field Fix; COR = Correction. EDV = Emission Data Vehicle/Engine. EPA Manufacturer Code - The 3-character alphanumeric code assigned by EPA to each manufacturer. US Manufacturer Name - full legal name of the U.S. manufacturer, U.S. importer, or U.S. representative seeking an EPA Certificate of Conformity and/or California ARB Executive Order (also referred to as the certificate holder).
